Build stronger connections.
Every couple has challenges, and every couple has a chance to grow. Through emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, couples therapy offers a chance to come together with intention and resolve conflicts as a team rather than as two opposing sides. In couples therapy, my goal is to help create a space where both partners’ voices are valued.
Want to grow together?
Relationship conflict can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to come between you and your partner. Couples therapy can help you rediscover the connection you share by working on your issues together in a safe, supportive space.
Emotion-focused therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method can help your relationship find new roots to grow from. A deeper understanding of how you manage conflict, create meaning, and share fondness with each other can help you see your shared journey in a new light.
As an LGBTQ+ therapist, I’m also sensitive to the unique challenges and complexities that gay and nonbinary couples face. I’m open to hearing from people in all types of partnerships who want to improve their connection to each other.

“One of the greatest gifts of a relationship is the ability to see the world through the eyes of another person, intimately, deeply, profoundly, in a way we’re almost never able to do with another human being.”
